Volunteer interest

Our volunteer interest form collects the name, email address, and responses you choose to submit, together with your permission to be contacted and the submission time. Moya Ashé, Inc. uses those details to review how you would like to contribute and to communicate with you about volunteer opportunities or information requests. Responses are held privately for organizational review.

Hosting and storage

This website and its volunteer-interest database run on Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. The site uses no advertising trackers, and the public pages work without a ChatGPT account. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

Email copies

We request an email copy of volunteer-interest details through FormSubmit to Moya Ashé’s account email. FormSubmit processes details it receives to deliver the message and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Copies delivered to Moya Ashé’s email account are kept while relevant to volunteer opportunities and associated communication. Giving through Stripe

Giving links take you to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s website and are handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. This website does not collect or store payment-card details.

Use and retention

Volunteer-interest details are used for the purpose described on the form and kept while relevant to that review and related communication, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Earlier board-interest submissions remain governed by the board search and education purpose stated when they were submitted. Publicity and mailing-list participation are separate choices from expressing volunteer interest.

Questions or changes

You may use the volunteer interest form to ask Moya Ashé to correct or remove a previous response, using the email address associated with it. Please describe the request in the interest field. Verification may be needed to protect your information.
